Canyon Theater and Meeting Room Usage Policies

As the Main Library goes through an extensive renovation process beginning in the fall of 2013, the Boulder Creek Meeting Room may be utilized as an alternative location for significant portions of library materials and services and possibly as a work area during construction. Consequently, reservations for the Boulder Creek Meeting Room are not being accepted beyond September 31, 2013 at this time. Once a determination is made as to when and how the Boulder Creek Room may be needed for the construction project, reservations for dates in 2013 and 2014 that do not conflict with the project's needs will be resumed.

We recognize how much the community values access to public meeting spaces at the Main Library. We continue to welcome community input about the meeting spaces at the Main Library during the design phase of the project. A number of opportunities will be planned in the spring of 2013 for public input.
