The Main Library will undergo an extensive renovation beginning in January 2014, and during that time, the Boulder Creek Meeting Room will be unavailable to the public. The room may be utilized as a work area or an alternative location for library materials and services. As an outcome of the renovation, the Creek Room will be transformed into part of the new children's library. Consequently, reservations for the Boulder Creek Meeting Room are not being accepted beyond December 31, 2013.
Alternative meeting room spaces are available at the Meadows and Reynolds branch libraries. Applications for these spaces are currently being accepted through December 2014. Please see the Branch Libraries section below.
We recognize how much the community values access to public meeting spaces at the Main Library, and one of the goals of the renovation is to provide an overall increase in meeting space. After the renovation, there will be increased meeting room options for the public's use.
Comments, questions and feedback about the Library are always welcome through Ask A Librarian, the Library Commission Feedback form, or during public participation at the monthly Library Commission meetings.
The following usage policies and application forms are for the rental of public meeting rooms and
the Main Library Canyon Theater & Gallery.
Reservations for George Reynolds and Meadows meeting rooms are currently only being accepted through December 2014.
