Boulder Public Library Code Image Information

All Boulder Public Library on-line forms require the input of a code image with a distorted, embedded randomly generated 6-digit number. The purpose of the code image is to distinguish if the form was submitted by a machine or a person. By making this distinction, the library is able to cut down on the amount of "spam" received and/or on-line form submission abuse.
